Ursula is a life coach specialising in ADHD and Neurodiversity. She coaches worldwide via video and helps adults with ADHD and other kinds of neurodiversity overcome their challenges and create a fulfilling life that works for them. Her approach focuses on a client’s strengths and successes to develop tailored solutions and strategies for each client’s individual needs.
Ursula holds a BA in History with European Studies and a BSc in Economics and Maths, as well as a Master’s degree in Financial Analysis. In true ADHD style, she has followed a varied career path, including teaching, corporate finance and being a stay-at-home parent, before qualifying as an ADHD coach with the ADD Coach Academy following her own late-in-life diagnosis. She is an AACC (ADDCA Associated Certified Coach) and is currently working towards her International Coaching Federation (ICF) ACC credential. She subscribes to the ICF Code of Ethics.
Originally from the UK, Ursula now lives in Madrid, Spain with her husband and two daughters. When she is not coaching, she enjoys reading, gardening and working on the many unfinished projects that litter her home.
